This course focuses on the communication skills required when working in the Retail industry. Students will develop confidence and fluency in English when interacting with customers and their colleagues at work.   • Dealing with Complaints, refunds, exchanges, waivers etc.

Course Duration

  • Overall duration of 3 months.
  • Classes : Monday to Friday.
  • 5 hours daily.
